Mark - a great article. Difficult to find good articles on flow of information but this one provides a practical and hence useful overview of the topic. Keep up the good work, thoroughly enjoying reading your blog.

Hi!

I found this article thanks to Jon's Blog, and i have to agree this is just terrific, i guess almost every lean team member can think of the Simplicity, Concreteness and Credibilty of a regular visual control. it was the other "Sticky tests" that really got me thinking.

When ever we think of any andon we immediatly go for a "car alarm", so we lose the unexpected, and i guess i've never thought about the Emotions or the Stories than can help me get that Stickiness on my Visual Controls.

Thanks a lot for the article
