		<description>The split in Shingijutsu was the result of Mr. Iwata&#039;s death and the transfer of his ownership into the hands of family members.  I suppose you could say this was a split along family lines.

I do not have any insight into the issues but clearly, there was not complete agreement on how to operate the business between Mr. Nakao and Mr. Iwata&#039;s family.  The separation seems to have been an attempt to resolve these issues.</description>
