		<description>The downside to those things is that (in manufacturing at least) you really can&#039;t pick and choose. You&#039;ve got to work on all of them, starting more or less at the beginning of the list - flow.  And the &quot;Pursue Perfection&quot; bit, listed as &quot;Step 5&quot; in &lt;em&gt;Lean Thinking&lt;/em&gt; actually is the topic of this post - my belief is that you need to be doing that part pretty much from the start, or nothing else sticks.</description>
