		<description>I also really liked Dr. Bahri&#039;s book. Having visited his office, I know what he writes about is real - the continuous improvement and staff engagement.

I love that he wasn&#039;t &quot;implementing lean&quot; - he was identifying problems and putting countermeasures in place.
