		<description>That&#039;s great that you have this information to look back on.  Keeping track of where you have been or what the condition was is an important part of Lean.  But it&#039;s the most difficult part for me.

I see something that needs changing.  I want to change it and move on.  The company owners need to see the way it was, the way it is now and how  much money are we saving.  To me saving and displaying the metrics is the difficult part of Lean.  I&#039;d better save those scraps of paper.</description>
