Do you know of any good resources on the 3P process? I’ve heard the term thrown around, but not read anything formal on it. I have a feeling this is the part where you link one of your blog posts that I have missed. :o)

In my humble opinion, participating in a well facilitated 3P event should be mandatory for any new product or process designer. It totally changes the way one thinks about things.
